Is there a link between growing up with vertigo type migraines and diverticulitis type gastro problems together that can predict MS later?

I have met over 30 ms patients over the years in waiting rooms and many of them i found had always suffered with these 2 specific issues growing up that were explained as motion sickness and food intolerance but did not respond to genetic meds for generic symptoms in their 20's and then went on to develop ms in their 40's
